Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant with a rich history. The restaurant is famous for signature wild wings available in 16 signature sauces or 4 signature seasonings. BWW is famous for the unique dining experience focused on providing entertainment systems to keep guest coming not just for the famous wings. The company has been using differentiation strategy to stay compatible on the market. The rivalry in a restaurant business is intense and new technology such as a tablet helps the BWW to expand and bring profits. Tablets are used widely in the restaurant from the host, management, to guests. The tablets have been a very efficient and mobile technology for the company to use. They have improved guest satisfaction, wait time, entertainment experience and more. During our analysis, we have determined three weak spots with the tablet usage such as software updates, liability issues, and wi-fi connection. Based on the finding we have recommended to consider setting up automatic updates overnight while the restaurant is closed for business, BYOD (bring your own device) policy and technology to reduce the liability for the tablets, and to switch to the different internet provider for a cheaper and better connection. We highly believe, that our recommendation will help Buffalo Wild Wings to increase guest satisfaction, which is their number one focus and to increase the net income of the company.

We also strongly believe that this will be a major advantage for the company as well as increasing their customer’s satisfaction. In all,  we think that tablets within a restaurant is a major benefactor for any company but in particular Buffalo Wild Wings because it helps make their customers feel more comfortable in this restaurant which increases sales and customer satisfaction.
